The CDC reports have shown that obesity is a major public health concern that could be identified as an epidemic. I have recognized that obesity is a common problem among members of my family hence I have taken up measures to prevent its occurrence. Physical exercise is a proven measure of preventing weight issues. On a daily basis, I ensure physical activity to prevent the accumulation of fats. I am always walking from one place to another while ensuring I undertake intense physical activity. Every day I dedicate one hour to a dedicated exercise program. This process ensures that I keep fit and maintain healthy body weight. Throughout the month I will ensure that I maximize my physical activity and minimize missing out a day or two. Additionally, with a step monitor walking 10,000 steps in a day ensures I maintain the physical activity required to prevent overweight and obesity issues.
