Coaching and mentoring that provide room for growth are essential to each individual’s successful career pursuit. We are educated by our families and teachers from an early age, but we need professional coaching and mentoring to perform well in areas that require professional and practical expertise. You may. During my school days, I was diligent and focused on theory-based learning. So, although I became competent in my field of literature, my lack of communication skills lagged behind in the practical application of my knowledge. At that point I was thinking of attending a coaching session that would help me put the theory into practice. The course helped me with the wealth of learning materials and approaches offered and convinced me that studying in groups would help me overcome my poor communication skills.

While my primary goal was to become competent in my subject at the elementary level, the course also helped me develop my confidence on a deeper level, which in turn created leadership skills. I am now able to provide technical support to my fellow students in need and am not worried about new initiatives being taken in class. In this way, this course effectively helped me improve my communication skills and lead a team with confidence. It turns out that theoretical knowledge alone is not enough to make the learning process successful, and practical skills increase learner confidence. At work, I pride myself on helping my team understand each task and getting them to start new projects that help them explore different business opportunities.

By becoming a mentor, you can learn more about leadership and development skills, motivate and help your colleagues when they are unaware of new implementations. This has created a more integrated and open workforce.
